2. Intellectual Property & Research Previews

All proprietary algorithms, neural model architectures, silicon blueprints, robotics firmware, trademarks, text, and visual designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Antheq Technologies.

• Open Research & Papers: Published scientific whitepapers and preprints are released under applicable open academic citations, provided proper attribution is maintained.
• Experimental Software:Early research code and model weights provided under developer previews are provided on an "as-is" basis for scientific evaluation only.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & AI Safety

You agree not to misuse Antheq's computational infrastructure or models for any hazardous or unlawful activities, including:

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or extracting weights from proprietary silicon simulations.
• Attempting to bypass safety classifiers, alignment guardrails, or model verification sandboxes.
• Deploying automated scrapers, excessive automated requests, or denial-of-service vectors against our servers.
• Developing autonomous weapons, lethal kinetic systems, or high-risk physical automation without human oversight.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Antheq does not guarantee that experimental research releases, benchmark telemetry, or simulation APIs will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for critical real-time infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Antheq, its founders, researchers, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our research systems or digital assets.
